Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of tickets for participation in workshops organized by Elle Lab through the website ellelab.it. Purchasing a ticket implies acceptance of the following conditions.

1. Purchase Procedure

Ticket purchases are made through the Stripe payment system. Once the payment is completed, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the payment receipt and event details.

2. Prices and Payments

All prices listed on the website are expressed in Euros and include VAT, if applicable. Payment is made exclusively through Stripe, which securely handles financial transactions.

3. Invoicing

Upon explicit customer request, Elle Lab can issue an invoice for the ticket purchase. The request must be made at the time of purchase or within a maximum of 2 days from the purchase date, providing the necessary billing information.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• No refunds are provided for purchased tickets unless expressly requested by the customer at least X business days before the event's start date, where X corresponds to the number of business days specified in the detailed information for each specific event.
• A name change for participation can be requested up to 3 business days before the event, by sending an email to hello@ellelab.it.
• If the event is canceled by the organizer, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid or a replacement ticket for a future event.

5. Organizer's Responsibility

Elle Lab is not responsible for any inconveniences caused by force majeure events, including strikes, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen impediments that may affect the event's execution or the attendee's participation within the indicated dates and times.

6. Personal Data Protection

The personal data provided by the user for ticket purchases will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Elle Lab reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the website.
